Project Leader: Salary range £23,515 to £24,939 pa Fixed-term for 12 months

Sustainability in Universities — moving towards zero-waste in student halls of residence by providing reuse schemes for real use.

Applications are invited for a Project Leader, funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) Leadership, Governance and Management Fund at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

The project will extend the LSE's successful reuse activities to five other universities in England over a 12-month period. You will work closely with the Environmental and Sustainability Manager and be based at the LSE for at least 3 days a week.

You should have an outstanding undergraduate qualification and preferably a postgraduate qualification in a sustainable development related subject. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high levels of accuracy is required. The proven ability to create, motivate and empower teams is essential. The work will involve travel to partner institutions in England. You will be required to deliver specified outputs to a high standard and to agreed deadlines.
