London 21’s 2009 AGM and Elections to the Board.

Michael Calderbank and Robert Newton have stood down and four Members were re-elected unopposed.  

Under the Constitution, additional Board Members may be coopted.

Owing to other commitments, Chair of the Board of Trustees, Chris Church, stood down.  A replacement shall be elected by the incoming Board at their first Meeting.  Chris shall continue as a normal Board Member.

Chris Church presents a Resumé of the year's Actitivites.

A more comprehensive Report and details of the Accounts shall be published in due course.
